Woodland Scenics Water Waves WCW4516 is a clear, easy-to-use surface medium for modelling water motion effects such as splashes, waves, and rapids. Ideal for adding texture and realism to still or slow-moving water, it can be applied over cured Deep Pour Water, Realistic Water, or Water Undercoats to enhance your scenic displays. The formula goes on clear, dries clear, and can be tinted or detailed for a variety of water effects.
