History:
During the early stages of World War II, Soviet tank crews operated under extreme conditions across vast fronts. Crews were issued distinctive uniforms—often with leather jackets for commanders and durable overalls for tank operators. These uniforms offered some protection and allowed for flexibility within the cramped interiors of Soviet tanks like the T-34 and KV series. Soviet tank crews played a pivotal role in halting the Axis advance and eventually driving back German forces during monumental battles such as Kursk and the push toward Berlin. This figure set captures the look and posture of these determined soldiers in action.
