History: The M1 Abrams has been the backbone of the US Army’s armoured forces since the 1980s. Constantly upgraded, the M1A2 variant introduced advanced electronics and improved firepower. The TUSK (Tank Urban Survival Kit) II package was designed in response to combat experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan, where tanks required additional protection in close-quarter urban battles. Enhancements included reactive armour, slat armour against RPGs, and upgraded crew protection, ensuring the Abrams remained one of the most formidable tanks in modern warfare.
