This 1/72 scale WWII Panzergrenadiers Ardennes 1944 set from Caesars Miniatures represents German mechanised infantry involved in the Ardennes offensive during the winter of 1944. This campaign, known as the Battle of the Bulge, was Germany’s last major offensive operation on the Western Front.
The figures depict Panzergrenadiers equipped for winter combat conditions, wearing cold weather clothing and carrying typical German infantry weapons of the late war period. Their poses allow modellers and wargamers to recreate advancing troops, defensive positions or intense forest combat scenes associated with the Ardennes fighting.
