Hasegawa Macross Plus YF-21 with Fast Pack and Fold Booster

Build the YF-21 from Macross Plus with its Fast Pack and fold booster equipment using this detailed 1/72 model kit from Hasegawa. This version adds new plastic components for the Fast Pack together with the support parts used for the YF-21’s fold booster configuration.

The kit contains 98 parts and builds into a model measuring 272.5mm in length with a wingspan of 213mm. Parts are moulded in blue, green, grey and clear, with blue-grey components used for the included Macross display stand.

Fast Pack and Fold Booster Parts

New plastic parts provide the additional equipment for this version of the YF-21. These include the Fast Pack fitted to the underside of the aircraft, arm Fast Pack components and fold booster struts designed for the YF-21.

The combination of these parts gives the model its distinctive equipped configuration while retaining the recognisable YF-21 aircraft form. A Macross stand is included for displaying the completed model. The landing gear can be displayed in the parked position.

Guld Goa Bowman Aircraft Markings

Marking decals are supplied for the United Space Forces aircraft piloted by Guld Goa Bowman. These markings complement the blue, green, grey and clear moulded components and provide the finishing details for the aircraft represented by the kit.

At 1/72 scale, the completed YF-21 measures 272.5mm long and spans 213mm, giving it a substantial presence among other 1/72 aircraft. The included stand also provides a dedicated display option for the finished Macross Plus subject.

This scale model kit combines the YF-21 with its underside and arm Fast Pack components, fold booster support struts, United Space Forces markings and Macross display stand. The package is completed with an illustration by MERCY RABBIT, while the 98-part model provides the distinctive Fast Pack and fold booster configuration associated with this release.
