Matho Models 1/35 Cardboard Boxes – Big Set 1

Create a varied collection of realistic packaging with Matho Models Cardboard Boxes – Big Set 1. This 1/35 collection combines five complete cardboard box sets covering generic packaging, beer, coffee, water and soda, giving you a broad selection of boxes for adding detailed everyday items to your scenes.

Each box is printed on slightly thickened paper to provide a realistic appearance when assembled, making the collection particularly useful for detailing scenes with varied packaging rather than repeating a single box type.

Five Cardboard Box Sets Included

  • 35058 – Cardboard Boxes – Generic
  • 35064 – Cardboard Boxes – Beer
  • 35071 – Cardboard Boxes – Coffee
  • 35072 – Cardboard Boxes – Water
  • 35073 – Cardboard Boxes – Soda

The inside of the boxes is also printed with a brown cardboard texture. This lets you display individual boxes open or closed, giving you more flexibility when arranging them in a scene.

Cutting and Assembly

For clean results, cut the boxes out using a sharp, preferably new, knife and a steel ruler. Also remove the thick white or black lines between the upper and lower flaps for a cleaner assembly. After cutting the complete outline, make one cut to each side of the thick line, then use the tip of the knife to remove the remaining section.

For easier folding, gently run a knife along the bending lines using a steel ruler as a guide. Apply only light pressure so the lines are scored rather than cut. This helps produce neat, sharp bends when forming the boxes.

Once each box has been folded and glued together, exposed white paper edges on coloured designs can be lightly painted in an appropriate colour. This final touch helps the assembled boxes achieve a cleaner appearance while retaining the printed exterior designs and brown cardboard-textured interiors.
