Matho Models 1/35 Walls & Floors – Ceramic Tiles A
Create distinctive tiled walls and floors with Matho Models Walls & Floors – Ceramic Tiles A. This accessory contains one sheet printed with detailed blue ceramic tiles, providing a straightforward way to add realistic tiled surfaces to a diorama or modelling project.
The sheet measures 21.0 x 14.8 cm and features a high-definition print on thick coated paper. A gloss laminate covers the printed surface to produce an ultra-shine finish and a true gloss tile effect. Combined with the detailed vector tile design, this makes the sheet particularly useful for detailing walls and floors where a glossy ceramic tile appearance is required.
High-Gloss Blue Ceramic Tile Effect
The tile design is produced in 1/35 scale, while the sheet can also be used for projects in other scales. You can trim it to the exact area needed, using larger sections for full walls or floors and smaller pieces for limited areas.
Depending on the size of the sections required, one sheet can provide enough printed tile material for more than one project. You can also cut individual tiles when a project calls for separate pieces rather than a continuous tiled surface.
Cutting and Finishing
For clean, accurate edges, use a sharp knife with a new blade and a steel ruler. Cut the sheet to the dimensions needed for your project, using the detailed repeating tile design to create the required wall or floor section.
The printed tiles can also be weathered to achieve the desired finished effect. This gives you the flexibility to alter the appearance of the glossy blue surface while retaining the detailed tile pattern beneath.
The combination of high-definition printing, thick coated paper and gloss laminate gives Ceramic Tiles A its distinctive finish. Use larger sections for continuous tiled surfaces, trim smaller areas to fit individual parts of a scene, or carefully separate individual tiles when a more specialised arrangement is required.
