Matho Models 1/35 House Number Decals

Add finely detailed house number signs to your modelling projects with this Matho Models A6 water-slide decal sheet. The sheet includes several different styles of house number signs, providing both ready-to-use pre-printed numbers and a flexible selection for creating numbers of your own choice.

Designed primarily for 1/35 scale, the decals can also be used with other scales where their size suits the project. The variety of styles makes them a useful option for adding small but effective numbered details to suitable modelling scenes.

Pre-Printed and Custom House Numbers

Alongside the pre-printed house number signs, the sheet includes blank signs and a wide selection of separate digits. Combine them to create any number you want, giving you more control over the final detail instead of limiting the project to predetermined numbers.

The water-slide decals feature separated film, so individual designs come away one by one without needing to be cut precisely to their edges. Ultra-thin decal material helps the markings adapt well to different surfaces, while high-definition printing provides crisp results even on the smallest details. The printing is accurate and colourfast with a semi-matte finish.

Applying the Water-Slide Decals

Cut out the required decal with a sharp knife and place it in water for approximately 5-10 seconds to loosen it from the carrier paper. Gently slide it into position using tweezers. Decal softener such as Micro Set & Sol can improve adhesion, particularly on non-flat surfaces.

Use tissue paper with light pressure to remove excess water or decal softener and fix the decal in position. Once applied, airbrush varnish over the decal to protect it. A semi-matte or matte varnish can reduce glare if needed, after which normal weathering can blend the house number into the finished design.

The sheet is supplied with a semi-transparent protective cover. Once this is removed, the decals appear crisp and bright. The actual product does not include copyright markings.
