This 1/48 scale Tamiya kit recreates the McDonnell Douglas F-4B Phantom II, the first variant of the legendary Phantom II to see active service. Introduced in 1961, the F-4B was a versatile and powerful aircraft used extensively by the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force during the Vietnam War. Known for its twin-engine power, heavy ordnance capacity, and adaptability, the F-4B remained in service for decades before being retired from U.S. forces in 1996.
