The individual instruments and panel features are reproduced with precise raised detail. Buttons, controls, instruments and stencils are picked out in colour, while the instrument faces are finished to recreate the appearance of glass bezels. This combination of colour and three-dimensional detail gives the Curtiss Hawk 81-A2 cockpit a more refined and convincing appearance.

Straightforward fitting and finishing

The components are designed for easy application. Separate the required part from its support and attach it in position using cyanoacrylate or PVA model glue. The resin material is minimally bendable and can also be sanded where adjustment is required during fitting.

The parts are suitable for use with both oil-based and acrylic paints, allowing additional painting, washes and finishing work to be incorporated into the build. Acrylic-based varnishes can also be used as part of the final cockpit finishing process.
