History: The British 25 Pounder entered service in 1940 and quickly became the standard field gun for British and Commonwealth forces. The Quad Tractor, often the Morris C8 FAT, was specifically engineered to tow the gun and carry its crew, making the pair a familiar sight in campaigns from North Africa to Europe during WWII.
