This 1/35 scale assembly kit recreates the late production variant of the formidable German Tiger I heavy tank, which entered production in January 1944. Retaining its fearsome armour of up to 100mm, the late version introduced several refinements for improved performance and crew efficiency.

- Detailed turret with commander’s cupola, loader’s hatch, and periscope.
- Realistic 88mm KwK36(L/56) main gun.
- Authentic smoke dischargers and anti-aircraft MG mount.

Turret modifications included a new cupola with seven vision ports, side-pivoting hatches, and internal “S” mine dischargers. The Tiger I’s battlefield dominance was legendary, with a reputation that made it one of the most feared tanks of WWII. This Tamiya kit offers a highly detailed and historically accurate representation of this iconic late-war German armour.
