This Victrix Early Saxon Warband represents the fierce warriors of the Saxons, Angles, Jutes and early Danes who migrated to and invaded Britain during the 4th to 6th centuries. These warbands clashed with late Roman forces, Romano-British kingdoms and rival tribal groups as they fought for territory and power in post-Roman Britain.
The set combines armoured infantry, unarmoured warriors and archers, allowing you to build a balanced force straight from the box. With a wide selection of poses, weapons, shields and head options, you can create everything from elite helmeted warriors in cloaks to lightly equipped raiders and ranged support units.
Designed for 28mm tabletop gaming, the kit provides the flexibility to field a complete Early Saxon army or reinforce an existing Dark Age collection. The variety of parts makes it well suited to both historical scenarios and semi-legendary settings.
