Each pizza box is printed on slightly thickened paper to give the assembled item a realistic appearance. The inside is printed with a brown cardboard texture, so the boxes can be displayed open or closed. This interior printing adds useful detail when arranging open boxes and provides greater flexibility when using the set for detailing a 1/35 scene.

With 38 individual boxes across six different designs, the set allows varied arrangements to be created within a project. You can assemble boxes closed or open to reveal the printed brown cardboard interior, giving you different display options from the same set.

The slightly thickened printed paper provides the material for forming each box, with the exterior designs and interior cardboard texture incorporated into the individual pieces.

Cutting, Folding and Finishing

For clean results, cut each box from the sheet using a really sharp, preferably new, knife and a steel ruler. Also remove the thick white or black lines between the upper and lower flaps to help achieve cleaner assembly.

After cutting the complete outline, make one cut to the left and another to the right of each thick line. Use the tip of the knife where the line remains attached to the box, then carefully move the knife sideways to remove the unwanted piece.

For neat folds, gently move a knife along the bending lines using a steel ruler as a guide. Apply only light pressure so the lines are scored rather than cut, helping to produce sharp bends during assembly.

Once the brown boxes have been folded and glued together, exposed white paper edges can be lightly painted brown. This final touch helps the edges blend with the printed cardboard appearance for a cleaner finished box.
