Applying the Waterslide Logo Decals

Cut out the required decal with a sharp knife and place it in water for approximately 5 to 10 seconds to loosen it from the carrier paper. Gently slide the logo into position using tweezers. Decal softener, such as Micro Set and Sol, can be used for better adhesion, particularly when applying the decal to a non-flat surface.

Once positioned, use tissue paper and apply light pressure over the decal to remove excess water or decal softener and fix the logo in place. Varnish can then be airbrushed over the decal for protection. Semi-matte or matte varnish can be used to reduce glare if required, followed by the usual weathering process to blend the modern soft drink logo into the finished design.
