Hasegawa Plastic Model Kit
B-25J Mitchell (1/72)
This 1/72 scale B-25J Mitchell from Hasegawa recreates one of the most widely used American medium bombers of the Second World War. The J variant represented the final major production version, combining heavy forward firepower with defensive gun positions and the versatility to operate in multiple combat roles.
The kit captures the distinctive twin-engine layout, glazed nose, and robust fuselage lines of the Mitchell, with finely engraved surface detail throughout. Clear parts are included for the cockpit and nose glazing, along with waterslide decals for authentic period markings.
Hasegawa’s precise tooling delivers a clean fit and sharp detailing while keeping the build approachable. Interior cockpit detail, accurate engine nacelles, and well-defined control surfaces make this a satisfying project whether displayed on its landing gear or incorporated into a WWII airfield diorama.
