Model kits in non standard and specialist scales

Other scale kits include model kits produced in non standard, specialist or unconventional scales that do not fit into common formats such as 1/72, 1/48 or 1/35. These kits are often created to suit specific subjects, display requirements or alternative modelling systems.

This category brings together a wide range of manufacturers producing kits in unique scales and formats. You will find mainstream plastic kit brands such as Academy, Airfix, AMT, Aoshima, Dragon, Fine Molds, Fujimi, Heller and Meng Model, alongside alternative build formats such as COBI, CaDA Bricks, Eitech and Build Army.

Specialist and display focused ranges are also included, such as architectural kits from Aedes Ars and classic wooden modelling from Artesania Latina. You will also find metal sheet kits from Metal Earth, plus selected diecast style subjects from Bburago, Corgi, Diecast Masters, Forces of Valor and Greenlight.

Non standard scale kits cover a broad range of subjects, from vehicles, aircraft and military models to buildings, ships, mechanical kits and educational construction sets. If you are looking for something outside the usual scale ranges, this category is a useful companion to the main scale model kits section.
