   Used this for the first time today, and I like it. I’d suggest you watch some ‘how to’ videos before trying to use it; it’s not difficult but you need to think it through before starting to play with it. I used superglue to stick it to a tail fin, a clothes peg to hold the spare at the end in place, then an overhand knot to get it to seat on the aerial stalk, a drop of superglue then cut away the spare at either end. I give it 5 stars but for 1:72 it just seems a bit too fine, I can barely see it and it barely shows up on photos. May be that is actually realistic but I might try the next thickness up and see how it compares visually. Good kit – recommended!

   Great product. Looks excellent on 1:144 and 1:72 aircraft. Pricey, but there’s enough length provided that you shouldn’t have to buy it too often.

   Expensive but looking for very fine thread I can use on Tiger Moths and other biplanes
