History:
The FV510 Warrior Mechanised Combat Vehicle entered service with the British Army in the late 1980s as a modern infantry fighting vehicle designed to transport troops while providing fire support on the battlefield. Armed with a 30mm Rarden cannon and a 7.62mm machine gun, the Warrior proved its effectiveness in various conflicts, including the Gulf War, Bosnia, Kosovo, and Iraq. During the 2003 invasion of Iraq, Warrior MCVs played a critical role in mechanised infantry operations, providing both protection and mobility in urban and desert environments. Its robust armour and adaptability have made it a cornerstone of British armoured forces for decades.
