INSTA-SNO is an instant snow effect putty which is designed to be used on the bases of scale models. It is particularly useful for standing miniature figures.
It can be printed with tracks, footprints and have scenics embedded into it. It allows light to pass through it slightly.INSTA-SNO dries very hard and is not powdery. However, it can also be easily removed by soaking in warm water for a few minutes.INSTA-SNO can be made permanent and durable for wargaming and when figures are going to be handled. When it has dried, simply spray the INSTA-SNO with sufficient matte acrylic clear lacquer for it to soak through completely. When this is dry, the effect is permanent and washable.
