Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I Early (K & L Series) – Exterior Detail 3D Printed Set (1/72)
This 3D printed exterior detail set is designed to bring sharper definition to early Spitfire Mk.I builds, specifically the K and L series machines. It replaces or enhances the kit parts with finely printed components that are difficult to reproduce in standard injection moulding. The pieces cover a wide spread of small but noticeable features, helping the aircraft capture that distinctive early-war character when viewed up close.
The set includes alternate pitot tubes, a new aerial mast, intake and cooling components, as well as surface fittings such as the radiator mesh and flap. Items like the gun camera, gun heating outlets and the anti-spin parachute tail guard add extra fidelity for modellers aiming for accuracy. External hatches, mirrors and even a replacement cockpit door finish the package. All pieces arrive cleanly printed and ready for careful removal and fitting.
