History:
The T34/85 was a significant upgrade to the earlier T34 series, fielded in response to German heavy armour encountered on the Eastern Front. With its 85mm gun and improved turret design, the T34/85 offered the Red Army a vital counter to Tiger and Panther tanks. Zavod 112, one of the main Soviet production plants, played a key role in the wartime manufacture of this formidable tank.
