Tungsten Steel sits in that colder, harder end of the metallic range. It has a slightly darker, denser feel than typical steel tones, almost like freshly machined metal rather than polished chrome. There’s a weight to it visually, which makes it work well for mechanical parts, armour sections, or anything that needs to feel solid and industrial rather than decorative.
It sprays cleanly straight from the bottle, which honestly makes life easier. The RapidAir formula helps it settle evenly, so you don’t get that uneven metallic shimmer that can sometimes creep in. Coverage is strong without feeling thick, and the finish dries to a smooth gloss that’s ready for further work if needed. Once cured, it holds up well to handling and masking, which matters more than you realise until it doesn’t.
