M4A1(76)W VVSS:
A late-production cast-hull Sherman featuring the improved 76 mm gun, wet ammunition stowage for better crew safety, and refined VVSS suspension with wider connectors. Used through north-west Europe in 1944 and 1945, it continued to serve with Allied armies after the war.
M51 “Degem Alef”:
In the late 1950s, the IDF upgraded its Shermans into powerful support tanks. The M51 introduced a modified low-recoil French 105 mm gun, extensive hull and turret improvements, and updated running gear. The Degem Alef represents the first production standard of this formidable Israeli conversion.
This limited edition set offers an impressive trio of subjects, each capturing a different stage in the long and varied service life of the Sherman family.
