This is “dirty” version of primer red. Contrarily to straight RAL 3009 primer red it portrays anti-corrosive coating of an object/vehicle that that has been in use for some time. If you are modelling a train cart or other vehicle that has already seen some service this is the colour to go, you might further combine it with straight RAL 3009 orÊfaded typeÊfor added variation.
