M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System is becoming something of a household name, given the rocket launchers growing popularity around the world in recent years. The M142 is mounted on an FMTV 6×6 truck chassis, and its typical payload is a single pod containing six Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) rockets.
