History:
The Panzer IV Ausf. H, introduced in 1943, was one of the most significant upgrades of the German Panzer IV line. With increased armour protection and the addition of Schürzen side skirts, the Ausf. H was designed to withstand the growing threat of Allied anti-tank weapons. Equipped with the long-barrelled 75mm KwK 40 L/48 gun, it provided effective firepower against enemy armour. The Panzer IV Ausf. H served extensively on both the Eastern and Western Fronts, cementing its role as the backbone of the German Panzer divisions until the war’s end.
