AK Interactive Africa Dust Effects is an enamel-based weathering product designed to reproduce the light tan dust seen on vehicles operating in arid and desert environments. Suitable for Africa Korps, British, and modern subjects, it provides an authentic dusty finish that enhances realism on military vehicles, dioramas, and groundwork. The formula dries primarily brown, despite appearing slightly green in the bottle.

To create realistic dust layers, apply with a brush or airbrush and then blend with a brush moistened in White Spirit. For streaking effects, use a fine brush to apply thin vertical lines and allow to dry for about 10 minutes. Then soften the streaks with a flat brush dampened with thinner to achieve natural dirt marks. This versatile product makes it easy to replicate the subtle yet distinctive effects of desert dust and grime.
