Arma Hobby Plastic Model Kit
Arma Hobby Curtiss P-36C (1/72) AH70082
This 1/72 scale Curtiss P-36C from Arma Hobby represents the improved production version of the US Army Air Corps fighter that bridged the gap between pre-war designs and the fighters of WWII. Compact in scale but rich in detail, the kit captures the clean lines and distinctive radial engine profile of the Hawk.
Finely engraved panel lines, accurate proportions and a well-detailed cockpit make this a standout small-scale kit. The included canopy masks simplify painting, while the decal sheet offers three marking options for varied finishing possibilities.

History
The Curtiss P-36 Hawk first entered service in the late 1930s and was one of the most modern fighters available to the United States at the time. With retractable landing gear, an enclosed cockpit and all-metal construction, it marked a decisive move away from earlier biplane aircraft.
The P-36C introduced additional armament and refinements that improved its operational capability. Although soon superseded by the Curtiss P-40, the P-36 saw combat in the opening months of WWII and played a role in the defence of Pearl Harbor. It also served with several other nations, making it an important and widely used early-war fighter.
