Quick Shade Dark Tone is part of The Army Painter’s original Quickshade range, a product designed to deliver strong, consistent shading across entire armies with minimal effort. It is engineered specifically for 10–28mm miniatures and is intended to speed up painting while still producing convincing depth and contrast.
The formula flows naturally into recesses, defining details and creating natural shadows in a single step. It can be applied directly with a brush or by dipping base coated miniatures, followed by removing excess and allowing it to cure. Once dry, models appear shaded and finished, ready for further highlighting or sealing.
