History: Tiger 131 was the first Tiger I captured intact by Allied forces during WWII, seized by the British 48th Royal Tank Regiment near Medjez-el-Bab, Tunisia, in April 1943. The tank’s robust design and powerful 88 mm KwK 36 gun made it one of the most formidable armoured vehicles of the war. Restored to full running condition, it remains an icon of German engineering and is displayed at The Tank Museum in Bovington, UK.
