ICM Plastic Model Kit
UH-60A Black Hawk Helicopter with 3 Crew Figures (1/48)
This 1/48 scale UH-60A Black Hawk from ICM recreates the first production version of one of the most widely used military helicopters in the world. Entering service in 1979, the UH-60A became the foundation for countless later variants covering transport, medevac, electronic warfare, and special operations roles.
The kit includes three crew figures, two pilots for the cockpit and one crew member for the cargo compartment, allowing you to build a complete operational scene straight from the box. Accurate fuselage geometry and finely rendered rivet detail give the model a realistic appearance, while three marking options provide flexibility for display.

History
The UH-60 Black Hawk was introduced to replace earlier utility helicopters and quickly proved itself as a highly adaptable platform. Designed for rapid reconfiguration, it can be fitted for troop transport, cargo hauling, medical evacuation, or armed support by changing internal layouts and external equipment.
A standard crew consists of two pilots and a crew chief, with optional door gunners depending on mission requirements. When armed, the Black Hawk can carry machine guns or other defensive systems, providing protection during insertion and extraction operations.
With around 5,000 helicopters produced and service across more than 30 countries, the Black Hawk has become a global standard for medium-lift rotary aircraft. Its reliability, flexibility, and rugged design have kept it relevant for decades, making it an essential subject for any modern aviation collection.
