MisterCraft Plastic Model Kit
T-60 Battle Of Stalingrad (1/35) E-04
This 1/35 scale T-60 from MisterCraft represents the Soviet light tank as used during the Battle Of Stalingrad. The T-60 was introduced in 1941 as a fast to produce and relatively simple light tank intended to support infantry and provide reconnaissance capability during the early years of the war.
The model captures the compact hull and small turret profile that characterised the T-60. Its light armour and modest armament reflected its intended support role rather than direct engagement with heavier enemy tanks. A full build guide and colour paint guide are included to assist with assembly and finishing.

History
The T-60 was produced in large numbers from 1941 onwards and saw extensive service on the Eastern Front. During the Battle Of Stalingrad in 1942 and 1943, T-60 tanks were used in urban fighting and in support of infantry units.
Although outmatched by heavier German armour, the T-60 played an important role during a critical period of the war, contributing to the Soviet defensive efforts that ultimately led to a major turning point in the conflict.
