Tamiya Plastic Model Kit
Honda CB1000F (1/12)
Tamiya adds the Honda CB1000F to its 1/12 Motorcycle Series, recreating a modern roadster that carries decades of CB heritage into the present day. Designed around the idea of a best balance roadster, the CB1000F blends everyday usability with touring comfort and classic Honda styling cues.
The model captures the flowing line design that traces its roots back to the CB750F and CB900F, with the shape running smoothly from the fuel tank through to the rear cowl. Details such as the round LED headlight, dominant right side muffler and carefully shaped seat are faithfully reproduced, giving the finished build a strong and purposeful presence.

History
Honda’s CB series began in 1959 with the Benly CB92 Super Sports and went on to define generations of road motorcycles, including landmarks such as the CB750 FOUR, the CB750F and CB900F, and the race inspired CB1100R. In 2025, Honda announced the CB1000F as the successor to the long running CB1300SF, signalling a new chapter for the brand’s flagship roadster line.
The CB1000F retains the spirit of its predecessors while updating it for modern expectations. Its balanced design philosophy, distinctive flowing silhouette and thoughtful blend of tradition and innovation position it as a natural continuation of one of motorcycling’s most enduring nameplates.
