Hasegawa Plastic Model Kit
1997 Mini Cooper 1.3i (1/24)
This 1/24 scale 1997 Mini Cooper 1.3i from Hasegawa recreates the late production Classic Mini, part of the final Mk.X generation built between 1997 and 2000. Originally launched in 1959, the Mini remained in production for over four decades with its core layout unchanged, earning a reputation for clever packaging, front wheel drive simplicity, and unmistakable character.
Based on real vehicle research, this kit focuses on accurately reproducing the Mini’s distinctive body structure and suspension layout, giving the build a surprisingly authentic feel. The body is moulded in white, while plated parts are supplied for exterior trim such as the grille, bumpers, lights, emblems, and fuel filler. Metal inlets are included for the dashboard meter frame and mirror surfaces, and window paint stickers help simplify detailing.
