Vallejo Wet Palette B90001
The Vallejo Wet Palette is designed to keep acrylic paints workable for longer by maintaining a controlled level of moisture. The system consists of an airtight ABS plastic container with a rubber seal, a hydration sponge and specially developed moisture paper that allows water to pass through gradually without flooding the paint.
The base holds the PVA hydration sponge, which stores water and provides a steady supply of moisture to the palette paper. This prevents acrylic paints from drying out too quickly while maintaining their consistency. The moisture paper is strong enough to withstand mixing and brushwork, while remaining thin enough to allow efficient moisture transfer.

The set includes two reusable PVA hydration sponges measuring 220 × 140mm (8.66 × 5.52in), designed to retain moisture for extended periods without oversaturating the paper. Thirty sheets of 60g/m² moisture-resistant membrane paper are also included. Each sheet measures 225 × 145mm (8.86 × 5.71in) and is finished in white to ensure accurate colour perception. For correct use, place the matte side against the sponge and use the satin side for painting.

The included Well Palette attaches magnetically to the sides of the base and provides five separate wells for thinning or mixing colours, helping to maximise the available working area on the main surface. The elastic band ensures a tight seal during transport.
