This 1/24 scale plastic model kit from Hasegawa recreates the 1986 Lancia 037 Rally in its Duriforte ERC livery. As one of the most iconic rally cars of the Group B era, the Lancia 037 remains a favourite among motorsport enthusiasts for its striking looks and competitive pedigree.
The kit is based on Hasegawa’s CR30 tooling and includes additional detail-up photo-etched parts to enhance realism. History
The Lancia 037 was developed to compete in the fiercely contested Group B rally championship during the early and mid-1980s. Unlike many of its four-wheel-drive rivals, the 037 retained rear-wheel drive, relying on lightweight construction and a supercharged engine to remain competitive.
Although its most famous successes came earlier in the decade, the 037 continued to appear in national and European rally events, including the European Rally Championship. Its sharp lines, aggressive stance, and raw driving character have secured its place as one of the defining rally cars of the era.
