History
The Subaru Impreza WRC was a mainstay of international rally competition throughout the 1990s and 2000s. By the mid-2000s, the car had evolved into a highly developed four-wheel-drive machine designed to withstand the varied and often brutal conditions of world rally events.
The Acropolis Rally, held in Greece, was particularly demanding, featuring rocky mountain stages that tested both drivers and machinery. Competing in the 2006 event, the Impreza WRC continued Subaru’s long association with high-profile rally competition, reinforcing its reputation for durability and performance in extreme conditions.
